This location has by far the worst customers Service I have ever experienced. We ordered over $1000 I'm furniture for a delivery on Friday. Friday comes and the delivery arrieves with only part of our order. We as the delivery guys about the missing item to which they reply they were never told they needed to bring the item. I called the store to find out what was going on only to find out that the part was damaged and had to be reordered and will be out for delivery the following Tuesday. Tuesday comes and around 4:30 we call only to find out that they were out of stock and would not be in in till the following Friday. Had we not called we never would have known. So Friday comes and again no delivery. Again we have to call them and find out what's going on only to be lied to by the owners saying they called and got no answer. Now we were home all day and had 0 missed calls. The owners were so rude and nasty on the phone and said they had other deliveries to make and we might get our missing furniture Saturday maybe around 4 or so. Again why was this not communicated, why didn't they try the alternate phone number on our account neck why not an appology! They have lost not only our business but all of our friends and relatives and believe me, in a small town word travels fast! I would demand a refund on our delivery fee and furniture cost but I'm sure they would probably screw that up as well! P.S. if your the owners of the store, it's extremely unprofessional to lie to the customers and recline back in your lazy chair dressed like some kind of bum off the streets. I would advise anyone who wants decent service to find somewhere else to go this place sucks!
