Insurance.An I had to pay their fee ... an in the middle of my wife's doctor visit.. a person burst into the room an said if this has anything to do with a car accident.. you are going to half pay more money .... she said no an left... I was out the full fee an they charged my insurance..... I would not send my dog to this office
